Campaign Objectives

The objective was to evolve the MyHousing brand to better engage with their clients across the expanded digital offerings and customer service offices across NSW.

Strategy

An enhanced brand identity featured a new logo-lock-up to clearly communicate the new app and in-office channels. This led the way for a suite of new communication assets for digital and print mediums. In addition to this, a new wayfinding and information signage design was implemented across the state’s customer service offices. The objective was to encourage and educate visitors to use the expanded digital offerings, initially at the online kiosks on-site, then on an on-going basis from the convenience of their own devices.

Target Audience

The target audience not only focused on current and new clients including CALD, of the Department of Communities and Justice, but also staff in the customer service offices. Improving the aesthetics and on-site information at their workplaces, not only created a more positive environment but helped staff assist their clients in their day to day needs.

Execution

The MyHousing brand was consistently applied to print and digital channels, as well as on-site wayfinding and information signage. Onsite wayfinding and information signage required to be easy to follow and understand.

Results & Outcomes

Wayfinding signage is continuing to be updated in DCJ centres across the state as part of a broader refurbishment rollout plan.
